Limits passed your mods as of today no longer work in saved games or a new one. I have subscibed but they don't show up. I have been using them and they are great. What happened?

How to create a well-functioning new fashion that combined all the elements from the remaining mods from the Workshop Steam workshop for HOI4, including the new version of the game 1. 9. 1_beta - Husky and to make it compatible with the new DLC: La Resistance?
I have a lot of new and good ideas to create a new fashion, but I don't know how to do it and solve this problem from the technical and technical point of view.
These are my first steps in creating modifications.

Okay, I did a few tests and realized that only the 25% boost works. All the others do not.

So if it goes past 100% bonus it breaks. If you do any focuses that change it or anything else you'll need to do the math to see what boost will keep it at 99 % or lower.

I found out that this mod doesn't work properly (at least for me). The 50, 75, and 100% bonuses don't work at all, new units stop their training altogether. The 25% option works only if I enable it, let the game run for a couple of months, then disable it and enable it again afterwards. This method does not work for the other three options.
