I don't know why it has 4 stars when it fundamentally do not work. (I mean... ok... it mostly work :P)
What we did for psi amps and gremlins was to add +50 of the respective stat to account for the baseline stat boost that the classes using those items usually get. So my suggestion would be to add that +50 psi offense to the holocrons.
do you have the "reduce armory clutter" mod?
I was having the problem with 'swords' and 'pistols' not showing up in the primary weapon slot for a while, and checked and re-installed all the necessary mods like 'primary secondaries, dual melee, dual pistols etc'
It came to a mod conflict from "reduce armory clutter" that "hid" many weapons even from the classes that stated them in their class.ini files.
uninstalling that finally worked for me.
The short of it is that Musashi made a mod that combines every skill tree and weapon type into one soldier type for massive cross-customization, while disabling all other soldier types. Trying to get a base jedi with RPGO isn't an option, but you can get a soldier to have, say, sniper skills and jedi skills at the same time.
If you're looking for a normal jedi in WOTC, I would suggest just activating the 'WotC Jedi Class [BETA]' mod and dissabling this one and RPGO
