love this mod, hoping to try out the Shadow one as well soon. Rouge fits so well into classic Sonic games, it's a shame Sega hasn't given the idea any thought. I'm very glad that you did!

i love rouge's moves. that screw kick helps sp much in the underwater segments. the game plays so much better with her moves tbh
