I can appreciate the amount of effort put into this! Thanks a ton!
The music is from treasure planet battle at procyon, and sky odyssey ( ps2 ). that specific song is just called "NEUTRL_ErieChoirGoo" in the treasure planet game's files.
And yeah, there are a few jank recovery volumes. specifically the sawblade section is a big offender and the final jump in act 3 can be a bit strange sometimes.
A couple of issues/nitpicks:
- IMHO, all cutscenes/dialog ought to be skippable.
- I had the same problem where you need to get on top of the grappling point , but for some reason getting onto the second one almost never seems to work, she just jumps forward and almost never up. I was recording it, but then all of a sudden I got it.
- Often I was put back at a completely different checkpoint. This happened to me multiple times during the saw blades part and first "challenging" Dweller platforms part.
A question: Is all the music from the game? I didn't recognize some of the music, and would like to know what music is used when entering the area with the rocks where the timer starts.
this mod is just so great :D
and, in the case of the hair in the level its teleported to hat kid and attached to her ponytail when its needed - I'm thinking soon i'll try and make it into a badge if i can, so the hair can also be dyeable
One: At the ebd, when you go into the dweller dimension and break the thing causing it and return it to normal I can't move Hat Kid, and it took a long time before I exited out of the level.
Two: Other than that the game is pretty sweet.
Three: How did you manage to add the dweller hair to hat kid? and will it become a flair of sorts?
I only had two problems: When the door locks behind you in the ship, the presence of the button next to the door made me think I had to interact with it after getting the key, instead of simply walking into it.
And one of the very first ladders in the second area, right after climbing up the rock spires, didn't let me climb on top of the plank.
- After the Mafia ship starts attacking the CAW ship, the Mafia inside the ship can change their dialogue to comment on the sudden battle.
