I think timer does not work as intended at chapter 2.

It doesn't kill the kid when timer runs out

The very, very start of this feels a little bare-bones gameplay wise, but I gotta say... Overall, this is definitely one of the best mods I've played yet. The concept, execution, and novel use of mechanics are all excellent, and I'll definitely be coming back to play this one again!

This is an incredibly imaginative and atmospheric series of levels. I wish more people would try space-themed levels like this because the almost Treasure Planet style opening sequence was brilliant! I also really liked the idea of using poisonous gas to contextualise the use of the timer. Great mod that I will definitely be returning to in the future!

thankya! :HatHealth: I had actually made the second hook so you could just swing to the next area without jumping ontop of it even though you can, heh. might not be too clear

The music is from treasure planet battle at procyon, and sky odyssey ( ps2 ). that specific song is just called "NEUTRL_ErieChoirGoo" in the treasure planet game's files.

And yeah, there are a few jank recovery volumes. specifically the sawblade section is a big offender and the final jump in act 3 can be a bit strange sometimes.

This was awesome! Clever/unique uses of hooks and Ice Hat platforms and an absolute stunning use of Dweller platforms. The quality is superb and it's always obvious what you have to do next. Apart from a few frustratingly difficult parts, I really enjoyed this!

A couple of issues/nitpicks:

- IMHO, all cutscenes/dialog ought to be skippable.

- I had the same problem where you need to get on top of the grappling point , but for some reason getting onto the second one almost never seems to work, she just jumps forward and almost never up. I was recording it, but then all of a sudden I got it.

- Often I was put back at a completely different checkpoint. This happened to me multiple times during the saw blades part and first "challenging" Dweller platforms part.

A question: Is all the music from the game? I didn't recognize some of the music, and would like to know what music is used when entering the area with the rocks where the timer starts.

Hm, i wonder if something went weird with the cutscene in the end when i updated yesterday i'll check it out.

and, in the case of the hair in the level its teleported to hat kid and attached to her ponytail when its needed - I'm thinking soon i'll try and make it into a badge if i can, so the hair can also be dyeable

Very awesome! There are a few things I wanted to tell you though.
One: At the ebd, when you go into the dweller dimension and break the thing causing it and return it to normal I can't move Hat Kid, and it took a long time before I exited out of the level.
Two: Other than that the game is pretty sweet.
Three: How did you manage to add the dweller hair to hat kid? and will it become a flair of sorts?

This was a really neat mod, great atmosphere and perfect platforming challenges.

I only had two problems: When the door locks behind you in the ship, the presence of the button next to the door made me think I had to interact with it after getting the key, instead of simply walking into it.
And one of the very first ladders in the second area, right after climbing up the rock spires, didn't let me climb on top of the plank.

Spore, do you have the Zelda Dungeon of the Eagle mod installed? it breaks keys after you've played the mod. Try uninstalling it and then opening a door with a key again?

This was really enjoyable, great job. One minor thing is that I would add some more bits of dialogue that change depending on the events in the level to add some more flavor. For example,

- After the Mafia ship starts attacking the CAW ship, the Mafia inside the ship can change their dialogue to comment on the sudden battle.

Welp mod is not working for me. When i get to the big ship in act1, there is a locked door and a key in the box, which i need a dweller mask to get, but when i get the key, i still can't open the door, like i lost the key or something. Can't do anything with it afterwards, restart etc. doesn't help.

Great level design and the platforming gets better in act 2 and act 3. However, i encountered some camera issues in act 1 where you need to run around in a dim small room.That may not be the level's problem but i do recommend taking a look into it. Overall good work!

This was an absolutely epic story, if this weren't in the workshop I'd have thought it was original game content. Some of the puzzles were really well thought out & the new parkour concepts I've never seen in the main game are astounding. Also loved the story & the ending was just right. Top notch! :trophy:
