i've been using the "Music of the USSR 1.17" since i started playing this game, and i have 3k+ hours on it.
i like making my own mods since most of them dont work anymore, so i have around a dozen mods that i make to be compatible with my mod playset, so its not a "workshop" kind of mod, the same is true for this one (my own "The Snap" is different from the workshop version), but i might do your suggestion in the future, and if i do it i'll msg you about it.
and when the new version is Leviathan... yeah, not yet.
try deactivating then reactivating it in the launcher. if it doesnt work, check if the mod is downloaded in the folder.
mostly ID's and files with the same names.
i have used ET with it before, not a problem, idk what IU and MEIOU have that ET doesnt change and i do.
workshop wont download it or its showing as active but you actually have to uncheck and check it again in the launcher.
so, unless you want to manually change the event ID's, there's no way around it.
i wont change the mod to be compatible with IU.
