Hey, I was wondering if someday you could port this over to skyrim SE, its one of my top favorite mods. it adds that little bit of extra immersion needed in riften

@Greywolf Yes, the things that this mod alters are very few, so it should work alright with almost anything. "Open Cities" has a minor issue with this mod that is already known (see above in the Compatibility section) but you should be able to use them together. If you experience something going wrong, you can still comment here and I'll help if I can.

Answer to question: ...That's an interesting suggestion. Would consider doing it, but two things hinder me; a) there are no assets in the game data that has anything to do with Argonian architecture, or even culture, that I know of. b) I don`t have the skills to make these assets myself as they require much knowledge and artistic skills in 3D that I don't have.
Using the already existing items ingame, perhaps something could be created that would please you. So why not give the Creation Kit a go, yourself? I can only encourage you, as I sure have a lot of fun with it.

@Spinner: this sounds like another mod might have accidentally overwritten his stock. Drag down this mod the loading list and see what happens. This should fix it. If it doesn't get any better, get back to me and we'll work something out.

All of Brand-Shei's decorations are on his stall, but he doesn't sell any new items; in fact, he's selling very little at all. I do have Dragonborn installed, but I haven't gone to Solstheim, if that makes any difference.

Will this mod conflict with the Declutter Riften Mod?

I've killed him saying, You lied. You sell skyrim items. I have dragonborn so I jnow my Morrowing stuffs... thx for making it so he FINALLY sells things from Morrowind

Okay I've looked into the issue and I have to say that I am at a loss a bit, I've checked the mod with my dissecting tools and found nothing suspicious. This sort of bug would require the quest or maybe scripts to be changed and I found no such thing. I have 2 suggestions you could try- in this order.
1. As I took it you loaded the prison fix first and the GQ mod after. Reverse their order. If it's really my mod's flaw, something as easy as this might be able to help you.
2. In the description you can find a bugfix with the CONSOLE. Try it and see what happens. Maybe nothing. But either way, in my understanding it will not have any significant effect on the game if you have already done the TG initiation quest.

Right, sorry. So I've obviously passed the part where Brand-shei is escorted to the prison cells. Later on I downloaded "Brand-Shei Prison Fix". A simple mod to make him return to the way is was before the Theif Guild's quest. Then I found this great mod, and after downloading it, I found myself a very attractive stall ring. But without anyone attending it. As I look in the prisoner cells he's standing there, all foolish-like. (Nor sure if it makes a difference but I've finished the quest where you find out about his family origin and where Brand-shei got his Argonioan name from..)
I'd love to use this mod but from the looks of it, it disabels the prison fix mod! (which works fine by itself).

@Surpriser: are you reporting this as a bug, or?
the mod changes nothing about Brand-Shei personally, only his stall and merchant chest (those are separate from him) so I really doubt the mod "makes" him do anything.
However, if you can tell me in a little more detail what is going on I will try my best to help.

@Byte: I'm very sad to hear this. You are the first I recall to say that it makes the game crash. To find out might need a bit of experimenting on your part. Turn all your mods off, begin turning them on by groups of 5s until you find the guilty one.
Double-check whether Dragonborn is among the active files.

for what ever reason this mod makes me crash... i got a few mods but would'nt know which one is conflicting with this one

@ChloeScottieTerrier to be honest I don't completely understand your deal. regarding the words you have greeted me with; that you are insulting me is one thing and I don't bother about it much. I wasted maybe half a day of my life on this small mod, and made it for my own sake originally - it would have existed without you, trust me. But that you are insulting the entire modding community - whose members selflessly sacrifice their precious time, often working for months on a more complex mod only so that WE can enjoy something fresh in a game that we like? and don't even expect any sort of compensation for their blood sweat & tears, only a voluntary thumbs up and maybe a quick thanks?

If you are able to communicate your problem in a respectful and understandable manner, in full detail what exactly happened, I will be very glad to help you, just as I have tried to help everyone else who had problems with the mod.

:L thats the problem, I was jumping ontop of market stalls and running all over the place and circling the marrowind stall and avoiding the creepy guy who wants me to participate in his scheme, as he followed me, i rage quited and now here i am, yes i read the discription before posting the first comment.

@ChloeScottieTerrier you mean Brand-Shei is not there? in that case, before you accuse me of deception, please read the description and you might find the reason why he is not there and how the situation might be helped.

@Angel Phenix thank you very much. what you ask is not very easy, because static and movable items have very different behaviour. i have been experimenting with turning statics into movable for some time now, but this project still needs some time until i can come up with something presentable on steam. if i manage to get it together, there certainly will be lanterns.
@Korsall Kaiser it's possible that another mod overwrites the effects of mine for some reason. try to push FGMW further down the list and that might help the problem.

Hey uhh, do you know anything about Brand-Shei's inventory reverting to his normally sold items while retaining the stall look? Cause, that's happening to me...

I LOVE this mod and your Windhelm one too, thank you so much for bringing the island to Skyrim.. I do have a request I love the decoration lanterns and flags you uses in both mods would you make it so we could purchase the colored lanterns and hang them in our houses please or maybe even the furniture like tables and chairs oh yeah???

@Commander do i understand this right, if you deactivate the prison fix mod the extra brand-shei is gone? it might be a conflict with that mod indeed, i really don't know otherwise why this would happen because my mod changes nothing on brand-shei's person, only alters his merchant inventory and his stall
@BrokenMetronome everything you say is correct. he nevertheless seems to have business connections with morrowind because - let me remind you - he *does* say "can I interest you in some fine goods from morrowind?" hence the title of the mod.
