Can't say I have much depth of knowledge either but hopefully it'll work
Thank you for your time and the idea, I'm not the most experienced with this sort of thing either... but that sounds like an interesting idea!
As for separating out the content, I've since removed the modtools from my computer and honestly reinstalling them seems like a good hassle. Something you could potentially try is to delete the models client side. Not sure if it would work but if you go into the mod files, under the content folder I separated it out under 1 "Xenoheads" models file, and 2 "Xenovoices" files. And in the config folder in the XComContent.ini configuration file, There should be a portion at the beginning labeled voices, and everything else concerns models. Perhaps if you deleted those parts you may be able to load in just the voices.
It's likey due to some differences in the shader systems. There doesn't seem to be too much documentation on content modding/working in the unreal engine space the mod tools provide, so a lot of it was from basic accessory tutorials and toying with it until something work. Shaders was not something that fell in that. The option to fix it is probably there! I'm just too inexperienced.
pretty sure the models are actually imported from xenoblade 2
it allready is wotc compatible IIRC
Also, I would recommend that once you get your setup working again, build with the community highlander mod. It becomes a new required mod for your mod, but has functions that remove the requirement to have Add Part Names and Invisible Heads installed. The Add Part Names mod, in particular, has been integrated into the highlander mod, and is not necessary for your mod if the highlander is installed.
But a few asked updates:
Roc wasn't able to be added. I'm running into a huge problem with Roc's Arms. Which apparently causes the XCOM editor to crash for some reason.
I fixed the Ardanian soldier arms as much as I could. But I can't really find the problem spot on the model. Even weirder is that in the editor it only has the jutting triangle when viewed from certain angles???
Who knows.
Is this MOD only available for WOTC? When I running this mod with original version or longwar2, game will always be crashed.
I don't believe Finch could work, but I think Roc might be human-shaped enough to do. I'll look into that when I can.
@PixelHavokk
I'm sorry about that, I'll look into it. I don't have access to my files right now so I'll try to get to it when I can.
I'm looking for fixes into that
I've been busy. . .
not working on this.
But Perceval, PoppiQT and PoppiQTPi have been added
Wulfric has not been added due to difficulty with the model. It doesn't seem to really fit well with the XCOM soldier skeleton.
In addition I've separated the mod into two for the workshop.
I apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.
The other one is over here:

Whenever it seems good to toss new stuff in
Steam's update seems to be have been screw up some workshops functions too.
Though either the mod's gotten too big or something's weird steamside and it wouldn't let me upload with the modpreview image I had before. In case there was confusion.
Mostly driven by requests
I can put Adenine and Floren as next on the list
Big rip.
@valvatorez
Whoop, late reply. Been away for a while. I'm aware of the Brighid issue and have a fix for it in an upcoming update. I appreciate you letting me know
So I think I found the error in Pneuma and have seemingly fixed it. Hopefully it's fine now.
Let me know what other issues you find so I can start looking over them.
Thank you for the compliment about the voice banks though. And admittedly I've only recently found out that I missed a section in modding the voice banks so there aren't voice lines for things like hacking, though a lot of the generic stuff is there. At some point I'll probably try to get those in too.
No chopiness, the lines fit the actions. I honestly wish a lot of the other voice packs worked as perfect as this one though. And the amount of choices lets me actually play with other custom ideas. <3
Right, which is kind of why I added the note that it doesn't quite work. Model isn't really built like the machine gun functions.
@❄Rei Kiseijou❄ Chaos Heart
Yeah, I noticed that. It's a bit of an accidental thing and I'm not quite sure what's causing it. Basically used the same process to port the model as I've done for the other ones. I've tried to fix it a few times but I didn't want to spend too much time on it when there were more models to put in and it was when I started putting voice banks into the mod. But I can try and take another look at it.
I'm sorry I've pretty much abandoned the project. I'm not actively working on any of it, but I can probably add any additional requests.
That being said, I can go ahead and try and put in the Mythra and Kos-mos bodies as well
