Thanks for keeping this hat updated It's by far my favorite sniper cosmetic in the game, You and Erts did an excellent job with it and all your other submissions

Hat looked a little bit weird before, like didn't sit right on his head, but I picked one up recently and it looks amazing now with the cool styles and how it hangs over his eyes. Awesome, keep up the good work!

The patch notes say that the item's been updated but I've just tested it and the physmodel is still broken.

None of the other classes in the game use rifle bullets. It will not be for any other classes.

What about for classes who use bullets? I mean I can see this for just engie and soldier, or just engie

You yourself said that i was someone with over 100 submissions but with only 5 in-game. How would you feel if you had an item in the game, and then someone turned around and made the exact same thing as your item but better? You can call it "selfish" or "clinging to my masterpiece" all you want, but its un-fair to the people who created the other items that you make moot. I wouldn't want them to do it to me if i were in their shoes.

Like you said, its the easiest thing i could do to raise the items popularity, but i won't because i'm not that type of person. So sorry, but petty insults and telling us "how the world works" aren't going to change our minds on the matter.

Nah its not just about the "profit" thing or making it stay just for sniper. Its not that we haven't considered the idea in the past, in fact we had the idea for an all-class version at one point. Its just that its completely pointless to do it, because it wouldn't make sense, Nor do we wish to step on the toes of people who already have similar items in the game.

I personally believe that it is entirely wrong to update one of your items in a manner in which it would completely nullify another submission in the game. Its rude and unfair to the people who made the other item. Its like how the Dead of Night was updated to be all-class, and Engineer's version is literally the Insulated Inventor but better. How much do you want to bet that because of this, the sales for the Inventor have gone down due to the Dead of Night?

It's your item obviously it's your decision but it would look fine / be appropriate for Engie too (looks just like the smokey sombrero) if your only argument against not making it multi is because someone somewhere might profit, I have some bad news, but that's how the entire world works buddy.

I would think that someone with over 100 submissions to the workshop but very very few accepted would simply like to see their hat updated in a practical and popular way - nothing more easy than making it multi. That's why so many other creators are doing it. But that's fine, cling to your one submission as a masterpiece for "sniper only cus set and no one can possibly ever profit off my work including me" heh.

While both Ertz and I have recently been touching up the brim-full of bullets with an update, we will NOT be making it for multiple classes. There is no reason to do so, other than for forced profit margins for people who have unusual or collectors of said items.

No offense or anything, but I don't really care what good arguments there are for others being able to wear it. Its part of a set meant for sniper, so it will be staying for only sniper.

lol why they are awesome i love when modelers update their items and make more loadout diversity. If you don't wear them how does it even effect u? kids these days always finding something to complain about / be outraged by. Lol
