I have reuploaded new (1.29) versions of (most) my mods. These had to be reploaded because I couldn't update the old ones due to the crappy new UI.
I have put links to the updated versions under the old mods' description.

well there's scandinavia... but i guess i could add sweden whenever i update this mod (after next big dlc).
im planning to rebalance and reupload all my mods after the next massive expansion drops. at the moment im kindda busy to update anything...

the merc-only option during mid to late game (when arties are important) is intended for people who can afford it. if you can't afford it then don't go for it. mercs are op as it is in the base game, don't expect me to buff mercs and make them "affordable".
you need artillery to fight effectively, having your arty only dealing half dmg resulsts in you losing every battle
and merc arty is just not affordable
no. but if you have it selected when you form germany it will stay, however, you will not be able to remove it anymore. so gotta be careful when tag switching.
yes, it is. i think it should be compatible with any mode as it simply adds some decisions that trigger events.
Hope you add them for the AI as well.

unzip and paste the two files in the eu4 mod folder
the download issue is a common problem.
try to manually delete the mod from the eu4 mod folder then let steam redownload/reinstall it again. this should solve any issues.
if you still can't make it work then i'll try to get the external download link.
-made the merc decision and event major. also added a cost to it. the cost scales with income. this is to stop/discourage repeated switching between the options to get certain (unintended) advantages. now the choice should feel like a more committed decision.
(all other decisions remain as they were. they can be changed repeatedly as intended.)

no. it means if you were getting 1 attrition from siege, now you will get 1.1 instead. it's not that bad.

it's most probably because the mod is not downloaded/installed properly. this is a common problem.
try deleting the mod from the folder manually and getting it again.
but it dont fucking work for meeeee i turned off every mod i have even graphics one and it dont work
i went with some other modifiers. thx for the suggestion anyways.
