Well if you don't mind seeing a new mason thralls from time to time (you don't have to use them), Builder's Workbench Reborn should be a suitable replacement.

i found out that after 2.5 it no longer works which sucks because this was the only mod that didnt add a million different things or added requirements like thralls or change recipies. wish it would work !!!!

I think it worked about 4 patches back but I've been using Builder's Workbench Reborn instead since then so hard to say. Hopefuly someone else can confirm it.

Just letting you know I am releasing an update for this mod using your source code. You can find it here. Builder’s Table Reborn . I have update it to work on servers as it was not functioning correctly and caused my server to boot loop. I will give you credit for the original mod. I am also going to begin working on adding the dlc items to the mod. If you would like me to remove this mod and not distribute it please let me know and I will remove it.

@Sheyd, it looks like the your hoster issue rather than mod. I faced with similar comment in another mod. Hoster will refresh mods list and all should work again

after actualization doesn't work. I can't log to the server which has that mode required nor do anything to force download it.

can you put the station recipes in separate feats so we can choose to only have them and not the "by hand" ones? this way we can remove the clutter similar to your add-on and also not have to re-learn the building feats if we do want both.

@[DBH]*Whismerhill*{SSgt} I'm assuming it's down while he investigates the fact that it had caused the Maproom to become a workbench as well and while it did remove all the building pieces it also removed the basic chest and failed to remove the hatch doors that go with the hatch ports.

Not sure, I just know that it went down right after a couple of us reported that issue.

Good mod, but i wish it worked with dlc items, could be so much fun, this dlc building parts cost too much to actually build something with them

I just learned cartographer and was so excited but now I have two builder's workbenches and no maproom.

Ugh, this is such a QOL improvement. Really wish it worked with the DLC stuff too, but even without that it still removes something like half the recipes from the list.

As far as I know, mod controller merge doesn't do sub-rows only. This has been a requested feature from mod authors for some time, but has not yet been implemented. This how it was the last time I messed with the feat table several months ago, so I suppose it's possible it changed, but I doubt it.

You can DM (via the mod discord) me what you are doing and maybe you are doing it dfiferently then I know, but as far as I know, if you keep the mod in it's current form, it will not be compatible with any other mod that does the same with merging vanilla feats.

@Multigun, mrege data table works a bit different for feat table as I understood when created tweak mod for disabling recipes from inventory. Instead of replacing the row ModController merges sub-rows in recipes Id array. In tweak mod I replaced feat table second time, tweak mod was after current one and anyway all recipes are present in game

Other mods will do so (because people don't know better), and if you ever drop support for the mod, an official update could cause issues. It's up to you as it's your mod, but as someone who has personal experience with feat adding, I highly recommend you make the simple feat change now rather then later.

I highly, highly, suggest you move the feat out of the vanilla feat and into it's own feat. Putting it into the vanilla feat can cause issues and future conflicts with other mods.

I've released another one tweak mod which removes building recipes from inventory

After install it you will be able craft building pieces just on workbench. You need to add it after mian Builder's Workbench mod

Oh god yes. A table that can make building pieces (and removes them from the player's crafting menu) would be absolutely outstanding.

I bought several DLC packs and immediately regretted it because I'm not using their building parts and my menu is a nightmare now.

So this allows making the building pieces in both the inventory and on the table? I'm hoping for table only because I hate my inventory being full of building pieces.

Tbh the easiest fix on funcoms side would be just add foldable parts in the inventory build ui.
Like all buildable objects aren't visible unless you open Building Blocks fe.

The current way becomes a rightout clusterfuck with all the dlc and we can't even change that.

yea i thought of doing this my self, but DLC items man they really need to release them in the dev-kit, the building stuff directly from inventory is fine if they had a "good" and "working" folder system and search. make note i said "GOOD" that wat we have now sucks donkey-nutts.
this mod is cool and all, but without the dlc stuff pointless "kinda". anyways atleast it clears some of the trash in craft menu.

@any funcom empl: REDESIGN the inventory / craft UI, please it sucks to much clutter, not nice or funny to go look for one item or types.... pfff just remake that poop that we have now. heck release new dlc to fund it, i'll instant buy aslong as you remake the inventory/craft UI

@Fenix, I understand that it is sometimes convenient to build directly in inventory. But the huge disadvantage is that building recipes increase the total number of recipes. I think if you make it possible to build only in new workbench, it would be interesting. At least in the form of a separate mod.
I understand that maybe not everyone will like it, but you can try)

@Khan Tengri, Actually it's not so hard to do so. Much harder was to keep both crafting ways ) Sometimes you may need to build some parts right now in inventory, but I guess I can move it in tweak part mod later. I guess it will balance a bit cheap cost of items)

That's fine. Just thought it would be cool. I don't think it was possible to use the recipe list for the player interacting with it, just that would be cool if it did.
