Layout looks really good, but as others have pointed out this is a huge apartment, especially for a shadowrunner as most aren't going to be able to aford this amount of space. That said, it could be used as a top end crash pad for a late game story arc where your runners have already made it into the big time money for their runs. Also a little tweaking here and there would make it a good set drop for something like a major fixer, Mr. Johnson, or plot element in a story.

Looks reeeeeeally good. But I have to agree with JeiFaeKlubs, it's too big for an apartment, and even for a private house, probably. Plus, there is looooots of unused space here. I think it can be shrunk at least 30%, look just as good, but much more seamless

I like the map :) It seems a bit big for a (normal) shadowrunner, but I love the details. Good job.

I like this map a ton! I'll be using it in my UGC and i'll be sure to give you credit. I went ahead and fixed a couple flickering objects in your map, too. Namely, the dresser in the bedroom and the dividers in the hallway between the living room and the kitchen. Would you like me to send you the fixed version of the map for you to upload?

I have to disagree with Andralexis here. This isn't an open urban space, it's somebody's apartment, and this isn't Terminator. The world of Shadowrun is dystopic, yes, but it's inhabited by real people, and real people have separate areas and keep things at least reasonably neat. I personally like this a lot, and it would provide contrast with the grungier settings, when PCs go to really down-and-out places. Not every scene has to be set in the Tenement From Hell.

Andralexis is somewhat right... but on the other hand, if most of your world is one way, having a specific person or group's space be decidedly different is a good way to give some information about them outside of text.

The map is great but you're designing it for a different game. Look at how everything in the house is cleanly organized, and how each area is clearly defined. Shadowrun urban spaces are rarely this neat. When you look at it, you don't see the house of a shadowrunner, it's more like the house of a futuristic dystopic Sim.
