Nice work with the new rigged bones on the model, but I still feel the model is short of the standards for all the anime player models on the workshop. The bones look like they were made for a taller bigger model reused on UMP-40's slender frame. The texture is off with many parts of her skin tainted and certain parts the skin on the handmodel has gaps or inside out. Personally this is great work, but I think it could receive a little remaster to place it on par with the other models on the workshop.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaand the bone problem can be fixed with Pac Editor, not actually fixed but it will 'looks like' there's no problem

As you can see in the comments, some players say the 1st person hands are working(but didnt work when I tested last time)
The arms are actually added but not working correctly D:

+ finger posing and face posing
+ change the Ragdoll to Garry's Mod not Left 4 Dead ragdoll
+ upload a Garry's Mod thumbnail with the model
