would you be willing to post a few on gamebanana? I was able to get the Mayday skin since it just reskins Alyx. All I had to do was place the files

Do I need anything to do all of that? Is there a tutorial somewhere with visual instructions?

There is a way to do that, the Buzz mesh and other Spiderman Unlimited models are posed like the HL2 citizen mesh. So all you gotta do is grab the HL2 Male Citizen skeleton, delete the HL2 Male mesh, grab the Buzz or any Spiderman Unlimited models, merge the HL2 Male Skeleton and the Buzz mesh together, export it as a smd, and try to compile the qc the rest.
