@destrockqc This mod to help AI with pantheons, not humans :)
infixo  [skapare] 24 maj, 2021 @ 8:30
@jackoneil Please ask your questions on a forum like CivFanatics. They are about modding, etc.

Oh, sorry are you saying it's hard coded or something and only adjacany bonuses can do the 2 adjacent for 1 bonus?

This is my attempt :(

I didn't realise dance of the aurora and desert folk wehere base game pantheons that give +1 to desert and tundra.. So it's easy to get +6, even +7 if 2 of the tiles have forest in the tundra..

I've not done sql before and tried to throw together a mod to make the adjacency have a tile requirement of 2 for 1 yield, but failed :(
infixo  [skapare] 23 maj, 2021 @ 23:42
@jackoneil Not possible. Yield per 2 tiles is only for adjacencies, here are normal yields from tiles. Can’t get less than 1 per tile.

Seems a bit OP when you can easily get +6

How would I change the code for teh tundra and desert ones for +1 for every 2 tundra tiles?
Astacius 15 nov, 2020 @ 9:23
is this still working?
Ingolenuru 1 nov, 2019 @ 10:02
Thank you infixo for another great mod! Thanks for updating it too. :)
infixo  [skapare] 22 apr, 2019 @ 10:21
@scribeofnekoti Never heard of one. Making pantheons is no different than any mod, so general Civ6 modding knowledge is needed. CivFanatics is the best source of this knowledge, imo.
Scribe of Nekoti 22 apr, 2019 @ 6:57
@infixo do you know of a good guide for making pantheon beliefs? I got some I want to make but I am a bit lost as to how.

Thanks for this mod.
abcdif 21 apr, 2019 @ 11:58
good
infixo  [skapare] 21 apr, 2019 @ 0:27
@sdgabai What exactly are asking? Is More Opponents and Religions compatible? The description in MOaR only says that it adds new beliefs, nothing about changing existing ones.
sdgabai 20 apr, 2019 @ 19:45
i have honestly lost track what the mod "More Opponents and Religions" has and has not changed by this point. I have been adding and subtracting so many mods to keep up with everyone's changes. lol I don't even know if it is still working, let alone if it is compatible with this mod. lol Since your mod is apparently more active, are you able to make any heads or tails of the situation? Thank you, in advance.
ckphalon 20 apr, 2019 @ 4:09
The conflicting mod was Cannabis and Hemp. Took a while to find it. It makes a change to God of the Sea pantheon.
ubereffect 19 apr, 2019 @ 14:17
@infixo - That's cool. I only had the more evident ones in mind. But yea, if you're going to give another mod the 'Real Balanced' treatment, why do it half way? And doing it right takes time.
infixo  [skapare] 19 apr, 2019 @ 5:38
@ubereffect It is possible. Same rules apply. Those 2 examples are actually the easiest ones. The problems are with more unusual effects as each and every one must be checked if the scoring actually works and how does it work.
infixo  [skapare] 19 apr, 2019 @ 5:31
@ckphalon Not limited. You have a mod conflict. As in the description: "Not compatible with:
- Mods that change base game pantheons."
ckphalon 19 apr, 2019 @ 5:01
Is there a maximum number of mods that can be active in Civ6? When I install this mod and attempt to start a new game, the load fails with the error message that a mod did not install.
If I remove your mod, and everything else is the same, the game loads and plays.
ubereffect 18 apr, 2019 @ 17:40
Would it be hard, or even possible, to have Real Balanced Pantheons (AI) tweak a few Pantheons from other popular mods? So that if we're using both mods, we'll get a 'Real Balanced' version of these Pantheons.

Religion Expanded adds the following for example:
God of Artisanry: +1 Culture from Mines over Luxury and Bonus Resources
God of Metallurgy: +1 Science from Mines over Luxury and Bonus Resources

I feel bad for the AI (not really). As they must be undervaluing these Pantheons.
I do feel a little bad for posting this now that you should be sleeping. :steambored:
ubereffect 18 apr, 2019 @ 17:26
Thanks again for your awesome mods.
infixo  [skapare] 18 apr, 2019 @ 17:25
Yes, I missed the DELETE statement in .sql. Too late, must go to sleep :)
ubereffect 18 apr, 2019 @ 17:23
God of Holy war also removes the original Pantheons. And still does so with your mod enabled.
infixo  [skapare] 18 apr, 2019 @ 17:20
Yes, there are 6 pantheons that RBP doesn't change and other mods can with no issues.
God of Holy War creates a new pantheon however, the original ones are not changed. This is a different case than LotR&M. I added it to the list.
ubereffect 18 apr, 2019 @ 16:29
@infixo - I'm guessing this should be compatible with mods that change base pantheons, as long as they do not change the same ones as this mod.

Lady of the Reeds and Marshes++ is a good example, as you listed it as compatible. Another example would be God of Holy War which also seems to work. It merges the pantheon beliefs God of War, God of Healing, and Initiation Rites into one pantheon belief (no issue at Pantheon selection screen anyway).
Sztajger 18 apr, 2019 @ 7:37
Nice. Good work.
Avalen 18 apr, 2019 @ 4:15
Love to see this. The AI also seems to always take warrior monks and meeting houses if they found the first religion. But it will be cool to see more pantheon choice variety
william.xantos 17 apr, 2019 @ 18:31
Thanks infixo will try it out.
infixo  [skapare] 17 apr, 2019 @ 18:03
@william Yes, it does. It is a totally different aspect of AI.
william.xantos 17 apr, 2019 @ 18:01
Does this work with mods that alters AI behaviour like Real Strategy?
Bunzato 17 apr, 2019 @ 16:18
Very cool changes, I like it a lot.
View The Phenom 17 apr, 2019 @ 14:45
Great to see this is already compatible with p0k's stuff. Instant download.
weraptor 17 apr, 2019 @ 5:02
From now on, this is a must. Thank you very much for your hard work.
infixo  [skapare] 16 apr, 2019 @ 23:13
@plerion Religions are unrelated to beliefs, so yeah.
Plerion 16 apr, 2019 @ 19:19
Very interesting, I'm glad it's compatible with REx, Resourceful 2 and CIVITAS Resources.

Is this also compatible with Tomatekh's Hist. Religions?
infixo  [skapare] 16 apr, 2019 @ 18:11
@ubereffect I appreciate it :)
ubereffect 16 apr, 2019 @ 16:34
@infixo - I love your mods. I'm using a bunch of them, seems I'll be using one more. :steamhappy:
