seconding updating to 1.3 plz... I want a vanilla-like experience with QOL mods, not a whole new tech tree for animal prosthetics... pls...

Based on a cursory load and test on a panther that needed a new back foot, this seems to work in 1.3

I mean, https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1911273785 does everything this did, and more. I gave my cobra a bionic liver (he kept getting drunk on my beer). XP takes all surgeries from humans/animals/androids and redistributes them to everyone... Configurable for each type. No PATCHES (like ADS), all handled with simple scripting. Compatible with all 4 big prosthetic mods, works with ALL animal mods (I HAVE ALL OF THEM), and even with my 400 mod load up, it does close to 500k of "part patching" in about 30s. IT"S AMAZING!

This guy apparently some how made a mod to work in both versions before any update was released my opinion 10/10 mod design right here.

anyone asking for this mod to be updated, has anyone tried loading it as is, for me it works just fine on 1.1, I honestly didn't think it would work but for shits and giggles tried it and loaded without errors.

Cyberfauna adds items. This mod uses the vanilla recipe system (lightweight)

I've added a patch for your mod for my Advanced Bionics Expansion. If your mod is found the advanced bionics will be installable on pets. I added it on my end in case I decide to add new bionics so I don't have to bug you to update it. Although if you prefer I could give you a copy to add to your mod so you have all the patch files.

Same, I removed A Dog Said... from my modlist since it's redundant with AnyC, but I do miss having a prosthetic for tails. (also for some reason, tails have the highest chance to get destroyed)

You are welcome. Try to give your doctor max skills, maybe this solve the issue. For better help, there is always the possibility to visit us in discord, where we can take a closer look together. The only change made by me, was removing the debug information (for developers) of the patch cycle.

I can install other parts now like Bionic Jaw and Painstopper, but I still can't seem to install the others like Bionic Arms, Legs, Spine, etc.. I used "Research All" in dev mode and spawned the parts in stockpile to make sure.

Hi Trunken! I just tested it with MSE, I still can't seem to install anything on animals except for Bionic Eye. Not sure if it's a mod incompatibility. My only other surgery mods are (in load order): CONN, MSE, DE-Surgeries, and AnyC.

**Update: Animal Cybernetics supports even more medical expansions now! RBSE Hardcore Edition, Medical System Expansion and Glitter Tech. Just like that.

I think it would be simpler for animals if we exclude the child parts like tibia, clavicle, toes, fingers, etc.

So it's prosthetic and bionic eye, arm, leg, heart, jaw, spine, stomach, ear, lung, kidney and liver, and I guess ribs. (some of these only have bionic versions though). Power Claw also seems fitting for animals.

I'm fine without Archotech, though I'm open to the idea if you ever decide to add the settings menu you mentioned.

well everything peg and bionic would be great except for archotech and AI stuff you plant on people's brains as those wont make sense on animals.

MSE tries to be vanilla anyways so there isnt really anything crazy that it adds

+1 for MSE compatibility. Just checked, I can only put bionic eyes.

I'm also wondering if CONN could be made compatible as well, but that might be too OP and convoluted, haha.

I might want to add a Settings Menu in the future, which lets you enable your desired archotech or disable, what you dont find to be fitting. Sidenote: This mod is made for my personal taste, which bionics i wanted to place on animals and which not. Archotech seems mostly off for my own opinion (to waste this rare goodies on animals). Though i have understatement for people, who like it differently, thats exactly why this parts are left in for you guys. If you like it in other ways, and you have the knowhow, enable them without any searching, everything is prepared. You are welcome :-)

Non of the vanilla Bionic parts are working. Because you commented them out, why? Also why only the Archotec Eye and not the rest? Tried adding it, seems to work fine..
