If I want to use this mod (which is great btw), but keep FERTILITY_BASE_MULT and EVENT_PROCESS_OFFSET the same – is just unpacking the mod zip file and changing the values enough? Or is there something else that I must edit too? Sorry, zero programming skills.
After 100-150 years I had vassals with very huge amount of money. One have 10K and few others have 2-3K. I was a king of Abbysinia and these vasals won every revolt by using their 10-15K armies of mercenaries. I could not do anything with them. There were other innormously rich characters in the world.
I don't know where they got their money and is it because or mod or not. But I never saw anything like this in any of my playthroughs.
It's actually possible to do this with Cheat Engine.
However, even when l change a ruler that is 18 and doesn't have any children of her own, the fertility number is still negative.
it turned out that while the mod is active, i cant load any save files; whereas after having turned it off, i can finally see all my files, including the one where the mod has been used and in the folder of the mod, wher it is supposed to be indeed. But why
"C:\Users\[Your_Username]\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II\Performance by Trexeth\save games"
If you want the mod to save in your regular save game folder, then go to your mods folder and edit the following file with notepad:
"performance by trexeth.mod.mod"
Then delete the following line (after deleting there should be 3 lines in total):
user_dir="Performance by Trexeth"
But i assume correct answer would be that it alters vaniall itself and then impacts the player court.
It changes base game rules
And thanks! I actually noticed some huge improvement in some test games
it stutters and is not very usable beyond speed 3, but events happen.
like i already said, you might get a smooth game, but its going to be just watching time pass and nothing will happen. even default is bad.
the prune and fertility settings might be better, though. as you get a lot of children, who become unimportant courtiers :)
the events in this game are a core mechanic. you can always pause to get the smoothness when needed.
Его изменения универсальны и не нуждаются в дальнейших обновлениях.
актуален ли этот мод именно на производительность на версии 3.3.3, и включает ли он в себя все вещи связанные с улучшением производительности из главного мода?
Vanilla does this too, the difference with this mod is that it lowers age requirement from 40+ in vanilla to 1+ as well as court size requirement from 10+ courtiers in vanilla down to 1+.
i think you need to put a warning for that in the mod.
as it is said in the original file, ideally it should be 1.
if anyone want that kind of performance from a game, hes better to shut the game down completely.
i dont know what prune does, but if it deletes characters, thats not good too.
