This looks nice, actually. It'd be cool if it had the same effect Demoman's bottle has when it's broken, like after every kill, it earns more blood, another stick, some teeth, etc.

Thiiiiis is something that needs to happen!!! I feel like the colouring/shading/something is a bit off from the rest of TF2's colours, though, so maybe look into that a little bit.

Maybe it could be like the pain train where it has 0.2 more capture time except it a different ratio that makes it so when there are 2 people on the capture point it adds an extra "person" but when it's just you it has normal capping speed and it would probably need a con too like manybe less fire resistance or something like that

In most cases with pre-Steampipe tutorials, you can just replace any references to "team fortress 2.gcf" with "tf2_misc_dir.vpk" (for models) or "tf2_textures_dir.vpk" (for textures) in the steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf directory. You'll also need an up-to-date version of GCFScape as older ones won't open the .vpk files.

You can also find up-to-date versions of files formerly in the Source SDK (including .exe's necessary to compile models) in the steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\bin directory (NOT the Team Fortress 2\tf\bin directory - I get them confused a lot :P). Any time you need to point to the SDK directory, use that folder.

I'm sorry but can I ask how to compile weapon models? I've been looking around but anything that would say has been outdated since the steampipe update. I figured I should just ask somebody who has working weapon models; If you don't care to answer I guess thats fine.

It would look better if the shovel was rusted and had dirt on it, and the blood looked more like TF2 blood.
