This was a showcase scenario from 3 years ago. The planets in this scenario were folded into the Project Eden and Reforged Eden scenarios by ravien_ff. You can experience these planets by playing those scenarios. Thanks for taking the time to look though!

I've never seen a use-case for that so I've never tried it. Feel free to change it and test, let us know if that works.

so it's set to false in single player, does setting it to true in single player , make it regenerate for single player too or needs any additional setting elsewhere ?

POI regen is set to true in the gameoptions.yaml, but that is for MP. In SP they will not regenerate.
