The cars from the package(Narrow Gauge Pack) that I use 60 kmh, but I can, of course, edit it myself.
as far as i can tell it would only be some changes to the model. as currently it runs just fine on 1000MM rail.
just the wheels and buffers are too wide if you compare them to the 1000MM wagons, and the 1000MM wagons also have a different type of connector (i believe its the one used by trams in the game) so right now it appears as if the loc isnt connected to the rest of the train
(the buffers are touching so the distance between loc and wagon looks good)
here is one of your locs on a 1000MM track piece: https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/782978301157964404/5BB19FB8F9F4024C95D4AD6F146A9C714A1345F3/
and here is a better view of the type of connector the 1000mm wagons use: https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/782978301157964591/369C5C1C3EECFA8AED4310616E111E415ECDC71D/
I've also changed the smoke emitters so the smoke should in general be a bit more realistic looking now. Feedback on this is welcome - I'm considering rolling this change out to my other steam engines as I go through and update them, but I'd like your feedback first if possible.
In fact I'll probably lengthen the tender engine's boiler slightly as well. It kind of works for the tank engines, but it just looks a bit odd on the tender, so I'll have ap lay around and try and come up with something that sticks to that super-short frame I'm aiming for, but also looks right aesthetically. So it'll be a little bit longer, but not too much.
I might redo the cabin shape for the tender engine as well since it doesn't really look right to me.
A distant relative of mine was a railway contractor back in the mid 1800s & he's on record buying locos like this for site haulage work. In the early days, the cheap option was to upcycle second hand mainline locos, which usually had tenders. There were companies who specialised in converting them for site and industrial use, removing tenders & adding on board tanks and bunkers. Such applications didn't need the increased range of a tender & the extra weight of fuel & water on board actually gave better grip & haulage capability, often on very poor temporary track in construction sites. Your mod reminded me of these & made me think about the tender option. Industrial & construction use was a way some very old locos managed to survive much longer than others of the same type, & that was often how such machines were eventually discovered & became museum exhibits.
So one idea is just more or less a tender version of the well tank body to make a small tender locomotive. Or I could use the saddle tank body to make something that vaguely (VERY vaguely) references the Ffestiniog saddle tank and tender locomotives. Or I could do something larger, but then I'm also worried that might be moving too far away from what the pack is intended to be, so that might be somethign for a seperate, standalone release.

This might be an idea for a 0-4-2, but might be a bit too early. I don't have much more aside from that, but i hope they'll give you some ideas.
