And for that "xp_ai_general" stuff you should give the easy AI a little bit more than just 0 to make up for players garrison XP.
If you do make 5x or+ version the minimum for that stat should be like 600-700 for even the easy AI, when the player is getting 1000 or more then from the garrison... And then maybe have it top off at 1000 or 1100 for legendary difficulty

reinforcing and hero in army doubled (equal with the lord)
garrisoning (lord) doubled (200xp/turn)
occupies and raze x2,5 (500xp)

the base amounts:
xp_ai_general_easy = 0;
xp_ai_general_normal = 50;
xp_ai_general_hard = 75;
xp_ai_general_very_hard = 100;
xp_ai_general_legendary = 125;

Interestingly, before the trip it worked just fine with the same mod list as it does now not work with.
