I really liked part 1 although I don't understand the transition from part 1 to part 2...um do I get to play my char again? guess we find out later.
BUG REPORT: took the 1st side quest help the stranded lady-when you fight the ghouls she has a rifle. the only attack she gets with the rifle is the decker mark target ability so if you try and "shoot" more then once you take drain damage. I'm doubting this was intentional?
in chapter 2 I enter Shastas' apartment, pick up her gear, and pick up and hide the camera; I then get attacked by 2 goons as I leave her room. I killed both goons and try to leave the level, I can see white exit door sysmbol but I cannot click on it???? help?
One pet peeve that's not really relevant to the bugs noticed so far: Why would a corporation leave a painting of a nude person in their housing facilities? Seems a bit hypocritical in the way the quest resolved itself imo. Other than personal reservations, I get why you put it there - Shadowrun Returns is not exactly a PG universe (although a disclaimer in the UGC description would be handy).
Besides all that, great story - looking forward to seeing how it wraps up when I get to part 3.
I've noticed that, while playing as Small Poks persona, the IC's would make no effort to engage the character (unless you were right on top of them). I've also noticed that several encounters worked the same way earlier on in the UGC. There's also a scene where when I go to "feed" the Lonestars are running from me rather than engaging me.
At least one spelling error I've noticed so far - "Valueable" should be "Valuable" (from the side quest for Monez), and "tieing" should be "tying" (when the demon mentioning his activities to Ray's wife - or somewhere there-around).
There are a few little nitpicky things that need to be "cleaned up." For example, conversations should be "turned off" when completed, so that the player isn't repeating them from the beginning. Chalk it up to surreality of the astral plane.
As was previously mentioned, I was disappointed not to get to play my own character, but the story more than made up for it. I've become quite fond of Ray.
Also great job on an entertaining series
And sometimes I had hard day just finished that turns me into a growler. Forget it :)
