Zozo is one of the best creators out there and I am sure he will figure out what has happened. It was a great map on the first playthrough btw, so give it a shot when its back on its feet again.
Assets that are missing
There are two reasons for an asset to appear in this section: (1) The asset is placed in the city but is missing (2) The asset is used by some other asset but is missing.
Nets
Elevated Train Track Full Wall
Train Track Slope0
Train Track Tunnel0
I guess at some places you did not properly replace the old train network wall V1 (depreceated) for the newer (v2 version).
In general map is unplayable
And also thanks for all the kind comments, everyone!
Now, I went ahead and tried to open it up on the map editor, and to my surprise the map loaded itself without any errors. Everything looks as it should. I Didn't change anything, just saved the map as a different save file, and loaded it up in the actual game. Everything works, no more glitching whatsover. I, too, have no idea what's causing the issue, even less issue whatever fixed it when I just re-saved it.
I have Mass Transit and Parklife only, and I think I saw something related to disasters in the error logs. Maybe there's an issue with those only who don't have Natural Disasters? Don't know.
Bottom line is I got it working with just a few clicks
Over 1000 characters long, going to have to split this comment...
I guess just mention which exact NExt2 roads you use in the description and remind people to enable them.
I will replace the train tracks with the new ones soon, @Overlord. :)
