So I am huge fan of your builds jrandall. I took the time to look this over and reworked it in my game. Got rid of 177 RCS, Ripped out the engines and reworked the surface a bit. Its still very much your build but now its within CPU T4 and still very fast. Added a couple of turrets. I would like your permission to publish it. I named my edit the WI-Merc-MD14 (WinterIce Merc Mod 14).

Thank you Amicus. I do not have an update planned for it as I believe it is to big to work decently with CPU. I had the same issue with the MX12H thru MX18 which are all larger ships. You just don't have enough CPU availble to added enough thrusters to move the weight of the ship do to it's size. Well, move it well enough at least. I tried some already but it was not working out well so I did not update the blueprint. Thanks again!

Thank you DeltaStar and TBAR, I am kind of weighting a bit to see the numbers and how RCS work in alpha 12. I present form with current CPU, the MX12 and MX14 require far to many cuts to but T4 100% Compliant. It really messes up the ships. I do plan on revisiting this with alpha 12 thou. @TBAR, I did update the MX5. But yeah, most all are out of date now. Thanks again all!

Jrandall, I am a fan of your MX collection, we should talk. I've incorporate actual cockpits to your design. It holds up better than the standard cockpit install. Not a bad look either, but again your work is awesome.

This is a great machine! I popped out two cargo boxes and a couple of blocks and the shield fits nicely in the space with a 3x3 shutter door painted to match. Perches like a bird of prey on the aft deck of the Asteria. Thank you so much for sharing your hard work and yet another inspired design!

But no, what happens is people visit my collection and sometimes sub everything. So, they would be able to sub the ship and not even visit the ship page so it doesn't get a view. I used to think it was a bug myself until someone explained it to me. Thanks again!

I think the MX9R was my favorite, and it seems the MX-14 is now my favorite SV. Seems to be able to take more hits, and the look is good-different also. Excellent!

As always, beautiful ship.. I love how as time goes on, they seem to just get better and better. Not sure if that is because better tools, or maturing as an artist, or both, but love your work. Your latest MX-14 looks even more like I imagine a spaceship would!

Awesome, the MX series are all great but this is really the best of them so far!

Im using a slightly older version of this ship but I think its time for a slight upgrade :D I would love to see a variant of this awesome fighter in combat steel as my noobish piloting always leads to heavy repair afterwards (which is another reason why I ALWAYS have about 15 cores on hand to limp back to base). But I think this ship deserves to be upgraded by hand til then. Thanks again for making the life of a talentless builder like myself sooooo much better.

Hot diggity, I love this line of ships!

It's hard to say, but I think I like the look of this one a little better than Prototype. The paint job is excellent. I like how tough it is, too. You shouldn't have much trouble taking pois with this one.

Thanks Neuticles! All that really changed is I added another 17 RCS, maybe a fix texture fixes. I ran out of room to add more without scrapping some block separation. Thanks again!
