Dante's body and outfit doesn't load up, it shows up as an ERROR, SFM is saying it's not an MDL format file even though it seemingly is, it has .mdl at the end.

"rig_biped_simple_nohead.py" seems to work on the body and moving the neck and head independently doesn't hurt none for any1 who wants to know.

nah there's no cutscene model. and yes, locking models in place helps.

For the two Dante's, note that most games have different models. One for Gameplay and one for the cutscenes. If the Cutscene one was used all over the game would chugg. It's nice to have options available. And locking the models in place helps with the pieces Sundown?

how do you extract 3d models? I've been trying to extract my noob saibot from mk11 with ninja ripper but when I open noesis to look at the .rip files, it's not there. :/

yeah, had to be loaded in pieces. bone limit and all that, this was the only way to circumvent it.

that's fair. go with what you want. if you feel like flexes are better than even heavier visual fidelity, then by all means. there's nothing wrong with variety and people being able to choose between the two.

Minor. It ain't.

Having a FACS set with wrinklemaps opposed to culled, RAW facerigs is a much better and logical solution for working with a character.

Excusing this with unappealing skin tan is plain stupid.

Your friend doesn't stack flesh. Thus visual quality was traded for minor ease of use.

Whether such a trade is worth it would be a matter of option.

unfortunately i actually could not add flexes. i was stopped by the engine's own limitations. i had to make a tradeoff.
