Report a translation problem
so what happens is they reach to max limit of the troops they can produce. then they stop training. i kill some of said troops. then they are able to build more but at an extreme rate. -1500% training time? shouldnt it be + 1500% so it takes longer not shorter?
ironicly this mod creates more spam that it does not. sure it limits troops. but now the AI can instantly replace divisons as they get a speed up buff in training time when they fall under.
could you make a version that does not do this? or change this one.
You might give them a little bit of army xp to do this if needed.
Even a hypothetical Germany that somehow cored China will have trouble supporting large numbers of 40 width troops...
This would allow the AI to still be fearsome with population and war materials, just without as many dinky little units running around.

Russia- OP Numbers, Trash Infantry though (great airforce though)
Japan- Weak Infantry
USA- Moderate Infantry
China- Weak Infantry as well (decent defense properties though)
everyone else can remain normal i guess, because those above were the major players and should be the only ones tweaked,
