Added population starvation and disrepair mechanic
Yeah make it alot bigger. As machine empire with all civics and tech/modifers in pop growth i got to 22 % growth each month on my Capital machine world. So yeah boost the value alot more. In my opinion the growth should be halted 100%. No pops if starving.
I'm refering to the penalties for a lack of consumer goods. A common stratergy is to have no consumer good production, no job related science or unity production, and have tons of unemployed people on Utopian Abbundance.
Because they generate unity and science without employment, they don't get hit by the penalty listed there (Which was the problem I had with the previous version). Additionally, Utopian Abundance gives +20% happyness to everyone which is equal to the penalty for not having consumer goods, meaning that it doesn't nerf the strategy.
