Hmm, might be a fun project in the future. But honestly TF2 rigging is a nightmare and armour tends to stretch horrendously.

Not sure how to lock the facial flexes to one another. When I pose heavys face, the thanos head remains emotionless and vice versa.

They're just TF2 cosmetics, theres a bunch of guides for them that explains the process better than I could.

When I put the head on the heavy and change heavy's face it doesn't work on the mask.

Note: there will still be a bit of clipping when you twist the hands a lot, you can rotate the hlp_forearm bones to fix that too but i'm going to see about removing that bone cos its dumb to do everything manually.

I actually just checked and apparently neither the player model nor hwm use this bone? I don't know why its in the skeleton when i rigged it, the thing breaks in game animations too.

Drag the "default" slider on the arm misc hlp_forearm_L/R to max and it'll fix it.

It is a mod in TF2, theres a gamebanana link in the TF2 workshop submissions (which are linked in the description)

As for gmod ill upload this and oldier as soon as im done with some fixes.
