Since the modder is too lazy to explain how to use the cheats, just do this:
First, start a new game
Then click the workshop option
Click mods
Right click on the second tab to apply said cheat (the title of this mod)
Load the default map
Then start:berta:

I'm thinking a cheat that turns all the NPCS not wielding weapons into cats, and the ones with weapons, into dogs.
