ai spams factories late game. it should be scaled to core pop. also make it customizable with how great the limit is, like how many x millions of core pop. so you could set it to multiples of how many millions of core population there is.

I am only running this mod. I don't believe it works.

ELS 1944, historical, AI only:

Total CIV and MiL: 14

Divisions: 21

14x 1.15 = 16.1 x 1.05= 16.9

You can actually just change the gamerules in the Custom Settings, until this is fixed.

Is this mod now out of date? I had it running during an MP match and by 1942 the Axis had 1.5K Divisions

One issue I think there is with this mod is that China had a very large number of Divisions in real life. I think 246+ but it doesn't seem like that will be possible with this mod because their Factory numbers are low.

Does this affect how many divisions a country already has? I.e. Exiled Belgium with 0 factories having 40 divisions.

It is save compatible and it won't work for MD as it adds various new unit types.

Works like a Charm and thankfully America doesn't Spam their National Guard Division (They often reached 1.2K Divisions)
