Nothing is broken. It works. It's just that the mp5 is a very, very, very, very rare spawn as of the TLS update, unless its force spawned like in the gun shop on dead center (closet beside the stairs), you most-likely wont find the mp5 on your first test campaign. Just keep searching smg spawns, eventually you'll find it.

I haven't tested this after the recent update, so I'm not sure what broke.

i never see the gun spawn anywhere after using this mod, not even once.
Is this a problem with the mod or is it a problem on my end?

Unfortunately, I don't think I can fit an icon for the standard MP5 into the square constraints of the sidearm icons. Using an MP5K was my best bet.

cant you make the mod that just make the MP5 available as a sidearm only?
