Can you start this mod with an existing character? Another destruction augmentation mod shut off, so i'm trying to find another for characters i'v adjusted for higher than vanilla magic use that doesn't OP my enchanted weapons.

Make sure you have it selected in the mod list. If you are still having problems, try moving it to the bottom.

This needs a masters version where you can get all three special perks
magegang  [author] 24 Aug, 2015 @ 3:20am
Even when you place it after? Well in that case I guess they cant be used together. Sorry about that! :/
Sawtooth44 23 Aug, 2015 @ 11:03pm
just checked, perk tree is over written from skyre's one
magegang  [author] 23 Aug, 2015 @ 4:31am
I dont use SkyRe so I dont know exactly what it changes. Try putting this mod after SkyRe in the Load Order and see what happens :)
Sawtooth44 23 Aug, 2015 @ 2:47am
sounds awesome
but is this compatible with skyre?

jordan99.evans 23 Jul, 2015 @ 9:43am
you should make a magic mod based off of this http://fairytail.wikia.com/wiki/Heavenly_Body_Magic
Kaurv 5 Jun, 2015 @ 8:48am
Will you do a mod like Pyromage but for Cryomage & such, with non-lethal alternatives?
Cytrix Drakani 14 May, 2015 @ 9:40pm

This mod is awesome and I have been using it for years. but I have a request for a mod
that is similar to this one and based on another mod that was taken off of steam. The
request is that on the left side of the destruction perk tree where there is augment
fire, frost, and shock, instead of 3 branches all leading to different augment perks,
You would have one branch leading to Augment Destruction. That Perk would have 10
level finishing at 300% damage, And that Unified augment perk would have 3 branches
leading off of it. 1 branch would go to pyromage the other to frostmage, and so on.
It seems fairly simple to unify the 3 augment perks in 1 perk with 10 levels so you could
keep investing perks raising you destruction damage as high as you wish after choosing to become a pyromage and so on. Sorry for the lengthy post in the comments section but I still am pretty new to this.
Please respond to my comment even if the answer is No
and keep up the amazing work.

First of all, this mod is awesmoe, amazing job. Second of all, I think it's kind of funny to see a mage enveloped in fire about to unleash destruction with the words next to him "A Hypothetical Treachery"
magegang  [author] 25 Nov, 2014 @ 8:02pm
Nope :)
Nespax 25 Nov, 2014 @ 11:51am
does this require any DLC?

IWorkForMySoup 21 Aug, 2014 @ 4:28am
Does this work if I use Phenderix Magic Evolved? With the perk changes?
magegang  [author] 10 Jun, 2014 @ 9:04pm
Oh! Haha awesome :)
MicaelaMurf 10 Jun, 2014 @ 6:48pm
Already have it. c:
magegang  [author] 10 Jun, 2014 @ 5:21pm
You might like this then. ;)
MicaelaMurf 10 Jun, 2014 @ 9:16am
Awesome! Another mod for Pyromaniacs like me... :D
magegang  [author] 7 Jun, 2014 @ 6:36pm
Np. Nah the perks wont change enemy spell powers, but they may (havent tested this) increase elemental weaknesses.
Cute ToS-Compliant Catboy 7 Jun, 2014 @ 4:25pm
Ah, sorry. I have another scaling mod. Still, does the perk thing happen to effect enemies? I know a little about modding from fooling about with the Creation Kit, so I don't think it would, but I was just wondering.
magegang  [author] 6 Jun, 2014 @ 11:43pm
Im not sure I follow, this mod only makes changes to perks.
Cute ToS-Compliant Catboy 6 Jun, 2014 @ 11:27pm
@Greylight Not the perk specifically, but the entire scaling system.
magegang  [author] 6 Jun, 2014 @ 7:28pm
@@khalil.awesome53 Soz, but its not like it should have been suprising. I did tell you exactly what they did. ;)
magegang  [author] 6 Jun, 2014 @ 7:26pm
@Mister Wintermoore What are you specifically referring to? The 'augmented' perks? The ~mage perks?
magegang  [author] 6 Jun, 2014 @ 7:24pm
@Ryan & Bros The art of frost is outdated. This was ment to be a replacement for all three of the "art of" series. You can still use it if you want, but Im not actively supporting that mod anymore :)
magegang  [author] 6 Jun, 2014 @ 7:22pm
@Redemption Nah, but you could get rid of it manually using the console, or go legendary. :)
magegang  [author] 6 Jun, 2014 @ 7:22pm
@Minizra Np :)
Cute ToS-Compliant Catboy 6 Jun, 2014 @ 5:53pm
Very nice mod, but does the "+100% moar damage" on spells effect enemies as well? Because I had just downloaded this, and a bandit mage one-shotted me with SPARKS... and I checked and it seemed that mages were just crushing me...
DJ Post-It Note 9 May, 2014 @ 3:29pm
really good mod but... The cryomage, ectromage and pyromage spells were kinda a huge dissapointment to me :/
Arrowmac 12 Jan, 2014 @ 6:27am
say im a huge fan of frost spells. so you can imagine how i feel about modded ones. is there any more frost spells besides tundra in this or should i suscribe to "the art of frost"?
DovahKean 7 Jan, 2014 @ 3:16pm
Could you make it to where the perk could be removed if say, someone wanted to switch?
Minizra 6 Nov, 2013 @ 3:14am
Thank you! These mods are GREAT! Many thanks for your efforts on these!
magegang  [author] 29 Oct, 2013 @ 2:56pm

Well if you had another mod that changes the spells in some way and placed it after this one in the load list, they should take the casting time from that new mod and you can still have the perk tree.

They need to change the actual SPEL files though, a mod that changes the namse in some way would do it.
Panzerpadden 9 Oct, 2013 @ 8:19am
I totally love this mod, except for one little thing.
I liked it better when the casting time for all spells were longer, so is there any way to change the shorter casting time back to the old, slower ones?
magegang  [author] 7 Oct, 2013 @ 9:13pm
A message to everyone using this mod!

I have just released Pyromage , a mod which adds a bunch of new an versatile spells for your Pyromancer character. If you are a fan of this mod I highly reccommend that you check Pyromage out.
magegang  [author] 7 Oct, 2013 @ 5:07pm
You like fire? Im just about to release a mod titled Pyromage which adds a who heap of new fire-based spells. Some are combat ones, others are utility ones. If you like playing a fire based character this will be your perfect mod ;)

Some spells include:

- Heat shields (fire based wards with custom visuals)

- Fire-based light spell (similar to magelight but lights up much more and can have unlimited amount, custom visuals)

- A new stealthy assassination type, long range fire spell. (also custom visuals)

And a whole bunch of variations of the standard combat spells. Coming soon! :D
