Too late! The beta has been updated again, so my modifications are again incompatible.

Ironman is a game mode in which you only have one save that is automatically saved over every once in a while and when you quit the game. You're also not able to activate most console commands. You can only get achievements if you play in Ironman mode, and using most mods, even if they only change superficial things of the interface, will turn off Ironman (thus they are incompatible).
