Thank you for your comments guys.
Long story short, I just made this mod cuz I wanted EU4 to have POP system.
The development has been dropped since no one really joined my call for working for this project. Unfortunate.

The localization issue has been fixed, and I am going back to the mod development for a bit.
I apologize for my slow update.
Syayan  [author] 9 Dec, 2019 @ 8:55am
The mod is updated for the version 1.3.
However, the localization is not working properly. There is a bug that the localization file of a mod folder is not working properly in the current version. Paradox developer team is working on fixing it rn.

tsf4 29 Oct, 2019 @ 2:42am
I am dropping development of this mod, mainly due to lack of interest on my part on trying to make the world look more like the time its set in.
tsf4 29 Aug, 2019 @ 6:23am
I have agreed to help Syayan with the mod, and here is the link where you can get it: https://github.com/tannerflick4/Imperator-Aquila

First thing I did is add the rest of the map back in. Now of course the culture and religion might be wrong, but at least now the whole regular map is "back" :)
Syayan  [author] 18 Aug, 2019 @ 6:01am
I have called for helps already, but it seemed there was no response.
I am glad if we can group up a team for the development of this mod!
tsf4 14 Aug, 2019 @ 10:20am
I really think the rest of the world on map should be included, seems weird with it not being. Anyways, I might start a Github of the mod if we don;t see updates from the main developer by September 9th which would be 3 months since last update.

I have decided to open the development of this mod to the fellow Paradox modders community. I want to discuss how to initiate and proceed the development with you guys, so please visit my thread in the Paradox forum with the link in the discription.
Thank you!

Hey, are mercenaries bugged? I bought a 14k mercenary army as Naples since my armies were very far away and I had a rebellion but when I ordered them to attack, they disappeared.
Aquila Electa  [author] 26 May, 2019 @ 2:10am
hello!I am also a fan of EU4.The mod can be wonderful when you complete this mod development.May I help you add Simplified Chinese text to introduce the mod to the Chinese players?:lunar2019smilingpig:

Syayan  [author] 24 May, 2019 @ 8:44pm
Since the culture changes of the mod is still underdeveloped, I have downgraded and removed the those changes. Now you can have military tradition, character names, and so on.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Buzzy 24 May, 2019 @ 11:40am
Please add names for each character, I dont know whos who anymore
Syayan  [author] 24 May, 2019 @ 10:55am
What I have checked is that the mod doesn't work properly if you have mod files both under workshop/content and your documents. Plz make it sure that you have only one mod files only in either of them.
Syayan  [author] 24 May, 2019 @ 10:38am
The mod folder is not under your document folder as the previous Paradox games were in Imperator: Rome. The mod folders would go under:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\859580
It seems there are still some issues with moddings and subscribing mods since this is a new attempt for Paradox too.

Am I the only person that gets triggered by the shape of the commonwealth lol
Calvin J. Candie 23 May, 2019 @ 12:08pm
I just can't play it with vanilla pops (slaves in the XVII century?), vanilla province names, and vanilla names, outfits and styles for characters....Its completely immersion breaking.

But its a good project, Ill definitely try it when all thats included.
Buzzy 23 May, 2019 @ 8:29am
Mods dont work for many people because of some bug where the documents folder isnt where its supposed to be. Mods dont work for me either.
Heiennn シ 22 May, 2019 @ 7:28pm
Anything special i need to do? i've subbed, its downloaded, its activated in the preload lobby, yet just the regular game? whelp?
Syayan  [author] 22 May, 2019 @ 7:15pm
OK, I take your advice and will unite the whole Ireland under the English sovereignty. I respect EU4 developers and its research team, but especially when it comes to the map other than 1444, there can be many historically inaccurate parts. Plz let me know if you find any weird places so that I can make the map look more historically accurate! Thank you!
Colonel Mustang 22 May, 2019 @ 5:38pm
gonna favorite this for later. looks interesting create the German Reich and start and early world war?
blenzO 22 May, 2019 @ 4:13pm
Believe it or not Imperator: Rome's 3d projection globe map makes it more suitable for EU4's timeline than EU4 itself. Distances are very incorrect in EU4 as most of you already know due to this and also that EU4 is on a quite smaller scale than an actual Earth. Imperator: Rome is A LOT closer to the scale of Earth and the 3d globe projection adds far more accurate distances.

The smaller scaling is for a reason though and it's for performance. EU4 has very poor multicore performance compared to Imperator: Rome due to the gaming being far older in comparison. They had to make the map scale smaller in order to compensate.
scoffey2 22 May, 2019 @ 9:49am
Hi Syayan,

Sorry to be a pain about this, but the EU4 map is just wrong when it comes to Ireland. In 1618 Ireland was a unitary state called the Kingdom of Ireland which was under the complete control of the King of England. The vassal states on your map did not exist. The conquest of the whole of Ireland had been completed by the English by 1603. So you could show the whole of Ireland as a single English vassal state, or show the whole of Ireland as part of the English state, but not show Ireland as a patch work of English vassal states, that just wasn't the case. Anyway, hope that helps.
Syayan  [author] 22 May, 2019 @ 8:02am
And thank you a lot for your delightful comments!
I am thinking to add diplomatic relationships between nations next since I can see some comments about it, and it is also necessary for the HRE.

I want to mention that I am using the base game provinces, so the borders might look weird sometimes. I will see what our glorious Paradox would do next for the development of Imperator, and then I will decide whether I would re-draw the provinces soon or later.
Thank you!
Syayan  [author] 22 May, 2019 @ 7:19am
The whole map is based on EU4 in 1617 January 1st.
Tho I haven't coded the diplomatic statuses of the nations. The game should represent all Irish nations as English vassals.
