How complicated would it be to add Military Engineers to the automation? With options to auto-connect cities or just blanket the entire map with railroads.

It now builds all improvements but Ski Resorts. I also fixed various bugs where the builders kept stuck trying to do impossible actions (e.g. lumbermill on rainforest and adjacent unique improvements).

The workers dont understand that you need Mercantalism civic before they can make lumber mills on rainforest so they just stand on those tiles awkwardly

After restarting couple times it seems to work with single & multiplayer. Don't know if it causes desyncs in multi, but at least it works.

I thought this replaced the builders with actual machines for a moment and thought "Oh no, it's everything Andrew Yang feared!"

Sometimes my builders just sit and unit needs to perform order. but they are set to automated. like they would build some fisheries and then stop after a few turns and stay in the capital

@Manimal31 The way the mod works is it can only effect new games, it will not effect saved games if they were started without the mod.

i have been having trouble. Every time i start a game the automated builder has no problems but anytime i load a saved game it doesn't work at all. Has anyone else experienced this or have any idea why this might be happening. thanks for any help

personally, I don't use this mod.
so about online mode, Idk, if the original mod do, then this one do too.
and I don't think this mod will block achievements.

Since you have been "fixing" some of BadManCam's (oldish or abandoned) mods.. would you mind looking at his "Free-Camera" and/or "Free-Rotation" files too for yet another updating?
A bit more complex (WorldView) task if not a worthy challenge to consider.

Thank you mate for Fixing the mod for this game version. I allways hate to look after builder. espacily on harder katastrophe setting things get destroyed... quite often :D

sorry about that.

my original plan was to modify the original code as little as possible.
but after I looked at the source code a second time, I found quite a few "bad" code.
that leaves me no choose but to clean up some of those code.
now this mod should be work independently of other mods.

and in my tests, the builders are working fine, but the archaeologists didn't work properly, they just run to a tile and do nothing, and then run to another tile.
maybe I didn't use the right settings, or maybe it's a bug existing in the original mod.

as note #4 says: I don't promise to fix this.
