I turned this ship into a transport carrier (ie it's job is to transport fighter craft from a place of manufacture to the ships that need them), and gave it some defences like a small shield generator and 6 torpedo tubes.
I had to find away to segment cargo bays in the middle of the ship in order to convert them into more necessary components. So I created a framework box around the cargo bays and then replaced the cargo bays with frameworks to make sure I could have the internal component but then also a thin layer of hull plating covering them. It worked nicely :)
Quite good job with shapes, and even directional thrusters are efficiently placed/oriented.
