I updated these to change the building AI type. Now the info panel opens when you select the buildings, so you can change their color with Painter mod: https://i.imgur.com/Cgvm8Pr.png

I tested this and didn't have any problems (all I had to do was re-plop the buildings) but if you run into problems please leave a comment!

Just what I'm looking for, I didn't buy this game to make a beautiful thriving city, I bought it to see how communist I could make a city before going in debt, and the buildings will fit it perfectly!

Just so you know, this architectural style is called Brutalism. It came about as economically-depressed Europeans (especially French) sought to reduce construction costs after World War 2. Russia and the US picked it up very quickly. I personally find it very ugly and therefore highly appealing for certain types of buildings!

It depends on whether I get the DLC upon release, I usually wait a little while, or until a sale.
If someone else wanted to port them to functional versions for the DLC or otherwise I would be absolutely okay with it though.

Cheers! I'll consider uploading a darker/red-brick version as another variation. There's a color-map included with the models already, but because of the building template used it's not possible to use the Painter mod to change the colors yourself :(

The brown radio mast is the small disaster antenna from ND, and one of the small satellite dish props isn't on the workshop.

These are good. Stayed in a few throughout my military years. Can almost hear the keg parties going on through the windows. Could you do a few in brick? That seemed to be the standard in a few of the bases I was on. Good stuff. You did a good job.
