Jeep Update: CUP added the M151 Armed (M2) jeep and unarmed version.

First put into service in the early 1960s, the M151 jeep played an active part in American military operations in Vietnam. This is great news as we really needed a jeep on the west factions:

- Added US M151 Armed (M2) Jeep (us army skin)
- Added US M151 Unarmed Jeep (us army skin)
- Added ARVN M151 Armed Jeep (camo skin)
- Added ARVN M151 Unarmed jeep (camo skin)

Let me know of any issues.

I always wanted to play arma as if I was in Vietnam. My uncle died in Vietnam. I have even talked to soldiers who were with him when he died. He died from friendly fire. I own the last photo taken of him only two days before he died. His name was Alfred Floyd Hall.

Have you checked out the S & S mod? It adds a bunch of Vietnam era stuff but it's all as equipment and stuff. No units or factions, could use it as a resource for some more time period equipment.

Either way, this is grand. Unsung contains far too much stuff and its quality is too varying. That is an argument for not using S&S is that using CUP assets the quality is pretty consistent.

Mosin with a scope is in cup, could add that to snipers for the NVA and VC

Could you recommend a unit that uses this mod pack? I've had bad experience with Unsung and would like to find a more level headed unit that uses something like this. Thanks.

Yea I was planning to use it in a upcoming Historical OP ( Operation ), with my unit.

@KombatKen, there is the range rover but I plan to import a willys jeep soon.

@BasedHuWhiteMan, if its not in CUP then no, my mod is buildt 100% on CUP models. As far as I know that gun is not in CUP, sorry.

Thank you so much! I run so many mods and have alot of games installed I barely have any space left. Especially with using Halo, Mass Effect, Star Wars, Modern Combat, and WW2 all I needed to top it off was Vietnam but Unsung was just to damn large and the one time I tried it out it was not worth the download so I truly appreciate this.

Great little mod! I was fed up with the file size of Unsung (plus it's pretty clunky)... Thanks for making this ;¬)

Posting feedback on my mod is highly appreciated, however this is not the place to discuss other mods. Posts/discussions about other mods will be deleted without warning. Discussing CUP mods is fine as my mod is based on CUP

they added the SKS to cup, give it to some of the VC

@Dunkersplay probably because Unsung is basically a port from Arma 2 that has not been updated or appropriately adapted/ported yet, that weighs like 15GB for textures and skeletons that are worse than what CUP offers
Make no mistake, I like Unsung, but I really hate using it because of the clunky mess it is

I don't mean to be a dick, but what's the use in using this when Unsung exists?

I'm a noob at mods. Can somebody give me a clue about how I use this to relive the Vietnam War?
