i have an idea

replace the gore gib sound of landing on the ground to be MY LEG! which will be useful when killing infected with melee weapons

great job on the mod, the only problem with this mod is that the sound can still occur when theres no zombies around is it possible for you to fix?

This is perfect. The best part is how it's not quite too loud so it always sounds like its coming from far away. Couldn't recommend more.
