Glados line makes a lot of sense. A advanced version of this map seems possible, for instance what if you had to use both laser beams on chamber 3?

You can get stuck in the funnel room if you let yourself get sucked into it. Can you add some pressure plate or button that can open a door or something to get out?

i found you can get stuck in the second level where you put the cube on the reverse button and you enter the tunnel

I like this chamber. Though it was easy, there were times when I had to think out my strategy before proceeding. That alone made this chamber worth playing. Loved the waterfall at the end...too bad there's no flooding setting in this game...the player could be forced to run for his/her life :D

Love it! The laser test was amazing. Just the right difficulty. You have to puzzle it out logically, and get a sense of achievement when you manage it. Well done!

Awesome! I was a bit dissapointed when the level finished, and I couldn't get to the waterfalls.

Hi RectorRocks, really enjoyed these chambers, nice work. The levels were a bit dark, i think that is because you did not use HDR lighting. If your not sure how to do this, just add me through Steam and i can tell you, its pretty straight forward.

In order for fizzlers to look properly you should use a texture scale of .125. YOu can read more about that here: https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Emancipation_Grid

@Innocentive Thanks! Yeah, I too think that the lighting is a little dark. Also, how do you know my fizzlers are 0.13? I just "fit" the fizzlers in 128x128 spaces and customize the fizzlers for spaces more than 128x128 (example: fizzler is 256x128, fizzler_l 64x128, fizzler_center 128x128, fizzler_r 64x128) I normally use 0.25. @AD_79 [Blue and Bluer] Thanks! Well, honestly I created these puzzles in the PTI when I'm bored so I thought I'd remake them in Hammer, that's why it kinda looks like that.

That's a nice set of tests! I think the lighting could be a bit stronger though and some details here and there could be improved. As an example, the textures on your fizzlers are off (X and Y should be 0.125 and not 0.13).

That was awesome. And yes, a good progression of difficulty as you go. The waterfall effect running down the wall would make for a good scene such as one of those main lobbies you see in a big building. Perhaps an Aperture Labs reception lobby.

Well, it's a decent map with decent puzzles, but it looks a lot like a modified PTI map.

Oh, BTW, I actually own Halo: Combat Evolved on PC.

I think it is possible to get stuck in the funnel room. If you manage to get the cube on the button that reverses the funnel, you can travel in the funnel in reverse (orange) and get stuck (I think). One way to fix this is to grate the portal surface that the funnel is "pushing" against. Other than that, super test.
