So is this map fixed up or still have issues? I'm curious as I'd like to find a furnished building to use but haven't found one yet save this so far. Most are scenebuild and although I'm not against them I'm not sure how spawning so many items might affect my laptop.

The basement is unfinished. The furnace room needs some cleaning. The counter tops are a little strange and I'm not fond of that blue bedroom color. This house will need some renovation, but apart from that, it's in descent shape. I'll call you up when I want to put down an offer.
