Another example is Konrad von Hotzendorf the general staff of Austria Hungary. He has 4 attack
and 3 defense, but he was terribly incompetent. He fucked up pretty much all of his attacks, he in 1915 made 3 attacks each after the other, in Carpathian mountains, in January, with soldiers that had cardboard shoes. Hundreds of thousands of Konrads soldiers died because of how stupid he was.

Dude, you gotta change a few general stats and skills. For example Von Mackensen has all 1 stats even though he was one of the best generals in the entire war. He pushed the Russians back 300 km with his artillery battery ram tactic which noone else did. He also launched the first successful offensive against Serbia in 1915, and defeated Romania in 1917. His stats need to be increased.

Aleksei Brusilov is another one with bad stats, He in 1916 launched the biggest and deadliest offensive of the entire war, which almost knocked out Austria Hungary, and crippled them forever. He was pretty much the only good Russian general yet has 1 attack.
