can not work

I subbed to all the parts and they are not showing up in my add ons? Is the map not working anymore?

only have these 5 enabled.. still cant launch the map.. (grayed out)

To any and all players who play and love this map, if you are having an issue starting the map up please remember to disable any common infected mods and special infected mods until all parts of this survival mode are not red, after all the parts are white you should be able to play with out a problem, this map has it's own added work so freaking have fun.

ok... im just going to say that just looking at the pictures this map is EVIL :0 great map though

Having a problem, it says that it has some consistency problem regarding the hunter file. Any solutions? Thanks

This mod is absolutely AMAZING. This was the mod I didn't know I needed. The underworks, the many abandoned rooms, the small cutscene with the wheelchair- AMAZING. BUT while this is such a great mod there is one small problem. Even when the addons (1-5) are unchecked and I try to play a normal single player game as soon as the game loads up I get an error message that says something along the lines of "Boomette forcing" something another and then returns me to the menu screen. I unsubscribed from this mod and quickly found out that it was causing the problems. Until there is a solution to this problem I would most definately give it a 9.8/10.

you worked hard on custom infected, you should make them so you could cut them in half with katana, machete, and axe and hit heads off with bat and paddle 9.5/10 good map

One of the best psychological horror movies I've seen, made into a L4D2 map. So good.

for some reason this doesn't show up in the campaign list when hosting a game. i'm subscribed to all 5 parts.

The map reminds me the haunted hospital I went with my friends, but the place was abandoned and stange things happened¥

Cool story bro. Only have two gripes. One, the little bump in the long corridor likes to make bots get stuck, and two, Ha ha. Very funny. I'll never touch a pentigram in-game again.
