Make sure you turn up the throttle and the clutch before you start it.

once its passed the deck, its too late unless you can turn the opposing direction in time.

You don't turn it so hard, you have about 3-4 minutes in the dock before it gets to critical listing levels. Get in, throttle it up, and you'll be fine. Also make sure you are in advanced mode.

It doesn't capsize if you know how to use it. And yes, it can sink; there is a scuttle button in the wheelhouse.
