i currently have the gamebanana mod rn, and i can say, it looks really nice!
also a funny line would be: lil' buddy will make stew out of you for big heavy!

It kind of looks like Heavy took the leftover parts from when he made the Tomislav and combined them with a shotgun.

Looks like baby face blaster and the reserve shooter combined. Maybe change some of the similar details to these two with a different name? It would make a great re skin without unique stats

looks really nice!, IMO it looks like a pistol mixed with a reserve shooter, also there is already a thing in TF2 called the Lil Buddy, its a cosmetic for pyro

i really like the fact that its a shotgun because the heavy secondary got heavily dominated by the sandvich or any kind of food

no.. it looks so bad! kinda looks as if its the scuffed version of the reserve shooter haha
