ChoGGi, may be you can update/rework and this mod from @tanyfilina?

Just she wrote this: "I'm sorry, but: I'm not playing SM now, and I have no new dlc (and it looks a bit too expensive for me to buy it), and after many and many unsuccessful attempts to make mods for SM I've got a little tired of its internal mechanics...
I would not mind it being updated by anybody, though."

You could probably delete them with the console mod if you can't remove them normally (stuff can be selected even if the selection thingy doesn't show up).

Yeah most games don't like mods being disabled and enabled. This one really doesn't like it for modded buildings (or lake buildings).

I can no longer select the lake control after disabling this mod for a while even after enabling it again. I can make new lakes with it enabled and control them but not the older ones.

The level is locked, you have to manually change it with the button.

can you add a button that lets you lock the water level and prevent rains from raising the lake above that level? It would be neat if it still allowed fluctuations under that level, such as if evaporation lowers the level and rains add to it back up to the locked level.

I suppose so, getting the level of the lake is easy enough, its volume that isn't.

I was wondering, would it be possible to have some sort of water collector to sit ontop of the ice and lake. Like a oil rig for water?

There's no real easy way to distinguish between water/not water area, pretty much the same reason why rovers ignore it. You could keep the water low and call it a swamp, or manage the foreststation plants nearby?

Absolutely in love with it. makes such a difference for the landscape. could someone please please though try and remove the trees from the area water covers... it's a bit weird to have trees growing inside a lake :)

I love this mod. My new fav map is the ones with big hole in the middle and I fill it up. I like the trees growing, like in a low area....its like the real thing. Also placing an actual lake in the "lake" will still display. Looks good if you want some extra rocks in there. I also enjoy the wave effect. Thanks again you are awesome!! :steamhappy:

I'll probably do something with it, as for what :)

will you update this mod to let the stone improve soul quality? Or can you make a complete customizable lake that boost enviroment similar to the real lakes?
ChoGGi  [author] 27 May, 2019 @ 2:16am
Probably it's purely visual.

Thats cool man!
But what about the trees growing? Will they grow inside the lake or something? I hope you can fix that later
