@Space Cowboy, yeah I noticed it too but this will apply to some other games such as Dead or Alive 6. It's probably gonna be a new change for newer games but it won't affect on me much.

@The asian thing sorta makes sense but i think the beef with the designs come mostly for the fact that they censored most fanservice coming from female characters because it's "the right thing" while most male characters weren't touched, in fact there is a lot of really buff shirtless dudes now.

@Space Cowboy, I guess some are not used to new character designs. For example, people didn't like the way how Kitana didn't have bigger beewbs look Asian in MK11 but I didn't mind her being Asian since I think some new ideas can be a good thing.

@Scout_115, Me too, i don't get why people keep bashing the character designs so much, it's not perfect of course but some characters look the best they ever been in MK11.

@Space Cowboy, I always like the new design for all characters from Mortal Kombat 11. I think it was a hella of a change. Hell I personally like the new Skarlet design mostly because story wise, outfit and personallity.
