Oh okay, I actually found a mod that lets you choose a certain expression for Hat Kid to have.

It’s part of the DLC update. More options are available to the camera badge and it’s more polished. It’s not a mod.

I’m working on other Source stuff. Trust me, TF2 is my favorite game. If I could import the entire thing instantly I would. You’ll have to wait.

Odd, when I’ve tested it, no such thing happens. In fact, the Gibus has less performance requirements than the Ushanka. At least in Blender. Are you sure it isn’t a PC thing? Until more people come out about it, I don’t think it’s something I can handle.

It's buggy. The FPS drops when I enabled it.
