It is not included in the mod, moreover the video also showcases the custom script that increases the firing rate.

If you use a script that gives the M60 slot some reserve ammunition, you can reload it (but you will drop an empty gun anyway as it is hard-coded). This mod uses CSGO M249 animations.

When you host your own server after playing online, you keep all the script changes unless you restart the game.

No, the animation, uh... Well, there are two animations: reload and reload_layer. Layer is what you see, non-layer is the actual sequence that defines the time (true in most cases). It only affects the reload time when you're hosting.

I just want to know how it was even added, and how it affects the reload speed. I once (regretfully) joined a modded server, and I could reload the M60, but it just used the standard rifle animation. Oddly, I was playing with mutators, and was able to reload the M60 again, this time with this mod. Does the reload animation affect the reload speed, even when you're not hosting?

Nice weapon but the booming sound effects of the gun firing are a bit off-putting :/ I dont know it just echo's alot to me.

Hmmm,one of the very few M60 replacers that have a reload animation,since the M60 cannot be reloaded in game due to lack of spare ammo(as we know it has 150 bullets) the original model in the game has no reload anim since there was no need for one,and most mods don't have either,for that same reason,so only few mods like this one can be properly used with a script for more bullets,simply cuz it has a reload anim,which doesn't make it awkward when you reload =))),plus it is actually quite awsome,looks nice

@November, this mod uses several completely unused sounds, such as "axe break" and "pistol_silver fire". The pistols only use fire and dual_fire sounds in the "pistol" folder, so it's a mistake to include a pistol_silver fire replacement in such mods.

This is only relevant if you use a reloadable script for the M60.

The other is a Modern Warfare 3 model.
