when I send any unit when they arrive on scene instantly the call is resolved without anything happening

Mission so bugged. They take people to the same hospital and your ambulance just disapear and you cannot use them again...

This call makes all your ambulances disrepair, meaning you cannot send any ambulances there to transport injured people and you are forced to ignore the call in order to be able to get it over with
