Alright, turns out these two textures are from Half-Life 2 Episode 1, so you'll need to mount that as well

CSS mounted and I bought it 5 months ago and I mounted it the same day I bought it and restarted

But I don't have HL2Ep2

Also, mounting only works when you restart the game afterwards. It can be as stupid as that.

Where exactly are the errors at? This is pretty weird, because I don't recall using anything else but HL2 and CSS assets.

Make sure they're mounted in Gmod. Open Gmod, click the controller icon on the bottom right of the menu, then check Ep2 and CSS.
